As the Chinese government accelerates the national strategic policy of dual control of energy consumption and carbon neutralization,many domestic motor industry including small and medium enterprises,are to promote transformation based on flow field improvement of lean production to improve the motor industry quality level and production efficiency is of great significance.

Recently,one of domestic customers brought welding materials and went to our factory together with skilled welder worker.They need to trial weld the 400*3 pcs enamel copper wire via oxyhydrogen torch.The 2800 celsius degree oxyhydrogen flame torch can fastly remove the magnet wire enamel.So it doesn't need magnet wire enamel stripping machine. For the very thick enamelled copper wire,the welding quality of the product will also be affected if the oxidation caused by heating is not treated. The customer has the higher requirements for welding process,so they flush the oxidized enameled wire with alcohol.

Putting in a new oxyhydrogen welding machine at a time can replace the traditional oxyacetylene welding,which can solve the production shutdown caused by the shortage of oxygen and hydrogen in the market during the special period, and can improve the welding process of the motor. Because the welding process does not produce harmful gases, it can provide a healthy welding environment for welding workers.
